The children in Nvunano wake to a gentle breeze coming through their home in the morning as they rise each child two to a bed.They rise, placing their knees on the mud floor below them and pray their morning prayers. They then walk to the nearby pond to collect water for the days meals. If money permits, a morning meal of porridge is prepared above charcoal created on the land. The children wait in haste as the preparation takes place.

We dream of providing these children with home that has cement floors and is a safe place for them to play. A home with a door and a fence to ensure the children's protection from robbers or worse. 

In addition, we will revive a coffee farm which once filled the land. A local friend and farmer will prepare the land, providing a sustainability for the house and the land, ensuring the children will be able to continue their education.
